About the Sonicore Skarv 22 Direct
The Skarv 22 is a modular rimfire can that works on pistols and rifles alike. It is machined out of aluminum and anodized black with a non glare finish, which keeps the weight down far enough that it does not change how a rimfire pistol points.
The outside is knurled. That gives you something to hold onto while threading it on, and the extra surface area helps the body shed heat. It comes apart easily for cleaning, which matters more on a rimfire can than anywhere else, and the modular body lets you drop a section to shorten it when handling beats quiet. Sonicore also placed the serial number where an alignment problem is least likely to destroy it. The mount is 1/2-28 direct thread, the standard rimfire pattern, and the body runs 5" long by 1.13" in diameter.
