About the Yankee Hill Machine R45
YHM calls the R45 its most versatile suppressor system. The 45 caliber bore lets one suppressor cover 45 ACP along with 9mm, 5.56 NATO, 300 Blackout, 308 Win and even 45-70 Govt. Like the R9, it uses a tubeless, heat treated stainless steel body, and the end cap carries a notched rim with a tri-port muzzle.
It comes with a 5/8-24 direct thread HUB adapter and two YHM wrenches, and the 1.375-24 HUB rear thread accepts YHM's full lineup of HUB mounts. The body is 6.4 inches long, 6.7 inches with the adapter, on a 1.562 inch tube, and weighs 12 ounces bare or 13.6 ounces with the adapter. YHM lists 132 dB on a 7.8 inch barrel with 230 grain FMJ. Minimum barrel length is 16 inches for 308 and 5.56 and 7.5 inches for 300 BLK.
